Re: Release for Climate Change North Student Exchange

I give permission for a photograph of ________________________ to be included on a student exchange portion of www.climatechangenorth.ca, an educational website.  

I understand that this website is for educational use, and is intended to educate teachers and students about climate change issues across the north. The website includes climate change background materials, lesson plans, resources, curriculum links and a student exchange.  The primary users are teachers and students across the north. 

On the student exchange, students can post written compositions, project results, artwork, and photographs of themselves and other people in their communities. As teachers complete a lesson or a project on climate change, they can let other students see their work by posting it.  Students from right across the north (and from other places, too) can see what other students are doing and thinking about climate change. 

The Climate Change North website is operated by the Northern Climate ExChange.
